The Federation of Nepal Gold & Silver Dealers' Association (FeNeGoSiDA) publishes hallmark gold, tejabi gold and silver rates every morning.

Local rates follow the international USD/oz price converted at the day's USD/NPR rate — when either moves, tola prices move.
